The objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to obtain Contractor(s) to provide the DOJ, Justice Management Division (JMD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Service Delivery Staff (SDS) with all tasks and services necessary to implement and perform service desk and incidental IT services.
Under this effort, awardees shall perform information technology (IT) services in support of all DOJ components including enterprise level end to end Service Desk tasks and Network Infrastructure Monitoring and Management services to support JMD and Components in meeting mission requirements and achievement of operational objectives.
